From Friday 10th December 2021, it is mandatory to wear a face covering in Campus West.
This includes all customers aged 11 or over.
When and where do I have to wear a face covering?
At all times including sitting in the theatre and cinema screens, Soft Play City, Roller City, Humphreys Café Lounge and when walking through the foyers.
Except:
When eating or drinking (either sitting or standing), skating on the Roller Rink or attending one of our exercise classes.
Our Covid safety measures, in line with Government guidelines, are:
- 100% fresh air ventilation system
- Hand sanitising stations
- Regular cleaning throughout the day
- Screens provided at each till point
- Card payments only
- All public-facing staff will wear face coverings, unless they are behind a protective screen
Social Distancing: The law has not changed and as such there is no requirement to socially distance, only to wear a face covering.
Covid Passports: These are not required to come into Campus West.
We also encourage visitors to:
- Scan the NHS Track & Trace QR Code on entry
- Respect other peoples space and choices
- Contact a member of our team if you feel ill during your visit
Government guidance can be found here https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
These measures are to protect all customers and colleagues, especially those who aren’t double vaccinated or remain vulnerable.
Otherwise, Campus West is operating normally, this means that:
- In the theatre and our cinema screens there may be other groups seated directly in front, behind or next to your booked seats. The quieter cinema screenings are generally in the afternoons, Monday to Friday. School Holidays can be very busy, and we encourage you to check the seating plan online so you are aware of how busy the screenings or performances are.
- In Soft Play City and Roller City there will potentially be a lot of people close to each other.
- Humphrey’s Café Lounge is very spacious, plus all seating and tables have been separated with screens where we can.
Please remember, it is important that you do not attend Campus West if you:
- Believe you may be infected with COVID-19
- Have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
- Have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
- Have arrived in England in the last 14 days from a country where UK quarantine restrictions apply
- Have been instructed to self-isolate
We encourage anyone in your group that is clinically vulnerable, or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves vulnerable, to make their own assessment whether they should attend.
What happens if I have COVID 19 and I can’t attend an event at Campus West?
